Full estate = entirely yours. Room or dorm guests share common areas with other guests on property.
Full buyout = complete privacy. Always.
Music and gatherings until 10pm. The birds start early and the mornings here are worth being awake for.
Gym open 24/7. Pool closes at 10pm.
Day visitors welcome with prior notice and prior approval. Total count must stay within capacity of 20.
